The scope of our representation will include:
- Analysis of your current Wills, Codicils, Trusts, and property agreements, if any.
- Analysis of assets owned by you, including consideration of their value, the nature in which title is or could be held, and their categorization.
- Discussions about the manner in which you wish to dispose of your property.
- Preparation of the documents necessary to accomplish the desired disposition.
- Open communication with your Attorney, without any time limits.
The documents we will prepare are:
- A Pour over Will;
- A Revocable Living Trust;
- A Certification of Trust;
- A General Transfer and Assignment;
- An Advance Health Care Directive;
- A Durable Power of Attorney; and
- A deed conveying your residence or other California real property into the Trust.
Our services include:
- We provide the necessary notary services.
- We shall provide the necessary California deed recordings, as included in your package.
- If you have real estate outside of California, we will assist in connecting you with a local professional in that area who can assist you further in completing the funding of your trust.
